Common questions

Will my order actually arrive?

No. Plantry is a portfolio build — it shows what a plant-based grocery app can be. Placing an order records it on your phone so you can see the whole flow; nothing is dispatched and nothing is charged. The app says so on the checkout screen too.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-in and nothing to create. Your basket and your order history live on your phone.

Is everything really vegan?

Yes. Plantry is an own-label range and every product in it is plant-based — that is what we choose to sell, so there is no filter to turn off and nothing to exclude.

My basket disappeared

The basket is stored on the device. Deleting and reinstalling the app clears it, as does deleting the app's data. There is no copy on a server to restore from.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Everything Plantry has ever stored goes with it, because all of it was on your phone.

Accessibility

Plantry supports Dynamic Type on the product, order and checkout screens, and every control carries a VoiceOver label. If something is unreadable at your text size, tell us which screen and we will fix it.
