These terms are an agreement between you and Rivesa Inc. ("Rivesa", "we", "us") for your use of Renly. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Renly is

Renly helps you keep a record of your medications, doses and refills. It is a personal organisation tool.

Not medical advice

Renly does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a medical device. The medication list in the app is a convenience for entering names; it is not a recommendation, and it may not be complete or current. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist, and never change, start or stop a medication because of something in the app. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Reminders depend on your device, its settings and its battery. They can fail or be delayed. Do not rely on Renly as your only safeguard for taking medication.

No promotion of medicines

Rivesa is not affiliated with, sponsored by or paid by any pharmaceutical company, pharmacy or healthcare provider. Renly does not advertise, sell, prescribe or recommend any medicine, and the sample medications shown when you first open the app are generic examples only.

Your account

You can explore Renly and its sample medications without an account. To add your own medications, you sign in with Apple, so your information is backed up from the start. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Renly.

Your information

You own the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app. In particular, do not attempt to access other people's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to break the law.

Our intellectual property

Renly, including its design, text, graphics and software, is owned by Rivesa Inc. and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and to the Apple Media Services Terms. The Inter typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Renly. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you.

Disclaimer of warranties

Renly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rivesa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from missed, delayed or incorrect doses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending these terms

You may stop using Renly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Apple

These terms are between you and Rivesa, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them.
